Welcome to LoudCurtain Queue+. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our queue management services. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LoudCurtain Queue+, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.
Important: By creating an account and using LoudCurtain Queue+, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Registration and Security
To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3. Service Description
LoudCurtain Queue+ provides a cloud-based queue management system that includes:
Queue Management: Create and manage virtual queues for your business
Real-time Updates: Live queue status and notifications
Multi-Counter Support: Manage multiple service counters simultaneously
Analytics: Track queue metrics and customer wait times
QR Code Integration: Enable contactless queue joining
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Not transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Not impersonate any person or entity
- Not collect or harvest data from the Service without permission
5. Subscription Plans
LoudCurtain Queue+ offers multiple subscription tiers to fit your business needs:
Essential (Free): Core queue management features with up to 10 people per queue. Free forever — no credit card required.
Professional: Unlimited queue size. Available as a monthly subscription or flexible day credits.
Business Unlimited: Enterprise features including SMS and email notifications. Contact us for pricing.
- We reserve the right to modify plan features, pricing, and limits at any time
- Material changes to paid plans will be communicated with at least 30 days notice
- The Essential (free) plan may have its features or limits adjusted at our discretion
- New features may be introduced to specific plans at any time
- Accounts created before the paywall launch date may receive grandfathered benefits
6. Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following billing terms:
Billing
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis via UPI Autopay or other supported payment methods.
Day credits are purchased as one-time payments and do not auto-renew.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
You must provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.
Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your dashboard settings.
End-of-period cancellation: Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Essential (free) plan.
Immediate cancellation: You may also choose to cancel immediately, in which case access to paid features ends right away.
Unused day credits remain in your account and do not expire. They are not affected by subscription cancellation.
Refunds
Monthly subscriptions: No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the period ends.
Day credits: Purchased day credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits remain available for future activation.
Exceptions: Refunds for technical errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@loudcurtain.com within 7 days of the charge.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees and day credit pricing at any time.
Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect on their next billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LoudCurtain Queue+ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. Data Privacy and Security
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times without interruption. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoudCurtain Queue+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Disclaimer: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
