FAQ

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard. Your plan is annual and paid upfront, so there is no next billing cycle to worry about — you keep access until the year ends. We offer a 14-day full refund window from the date you subscribe.
What counts as a check-in?
A guest scans your QR to place an order or join the queue. The same device within 24 hours counts once. Walk-ins added by a cashier at the counter also count — we meter every check-in regardless of how the guest arrived. Refunded or cancelled orders that were never completed get credited back.
Walk-ins count now? I thought they were free.
Under Gen 4 pricing (effective June 2026), yes — walk-ins count. The previous “walk-ins free” rule is gone. Every guest who enters your system counts as one check-in. The 24h dedupe still applies: if the same guest walks in and scans the QR on the same day, that is still just one check-in.
Why annual-only billing?
Annual billing lets us offer dramatically lower prices than a month-to-month model. At $24/year for Pro, even a single busy weekend pays for the year. You pay once and forget it.
What if I hit my cap mid-year?
The Safety Net engine handles it gracefully. A free daily buffer absorbs small overflows. If the overflow is real, passes from your wallet kick in automatically — one at a time, smallest-first, never wasted. Orders keep flowing. You can always arm a pass manually or let the Safety Net do it for you.
Do day passes expire?
Passes in your wallet never expire. When you arm a pass, it is active for 24 hours from that moment. Unused capacity within that 24h window is forfeited when it expires. Passes stack — arm two Day passes if you need +800 check-ins for the day.
Day pass without a subscription?
Yes. Passes are available to all accounts including Starter. An Essential merchant doing a festival can buy a Mega pass (+4,000 check-ins for 24h) without upgrading their plan.
Is custom branding only on Brand?
Yes. Custom branding (logo, colors, fonts, white-label, custom domain) is Brand-tier exclusive. Starter, Pro, and Max use the default LoudCurtain look.
What about order history?
Starter keeps recent order history only (7 days). Pro, Max, and Brand keep full order history, never deleted.
I own two businesses. Can I share one plan?
No — each business is its own account with its own check-in cap.
Do you have GST invoices?
Yes, with your GSTIN on the bill if you add it.
What payment methods?
Cards, UPI, net banking in India. Cards and ACH everywhere else.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Stays accessible for 90 days. Export anytime. Deleted after 90 days unless you reactivate.
