PRINTERS, TABLETS, PAPER
Four ways to get an order in front of your team — three of them on paper, one with no paper at all. Each is documented down to the model number, the rough cost and the things it won't do.

Two of these need nothing you don't already own.

LAPTOP
A computer at the desk and the printer beside it. The shortest route from here to paper in your hand.

SCREEN ONLY
A wall tablet instead of a printer. Nothing to buy, nothing to run out of.

TABLET · 2 PRINTERS
A bon for the line and one adhesive label per cup, both from a single tablet.

MINI-PC
A small dedicated machine at the pass so tickets print without anyone touching a screen.
WHAT A STATION IS
A station is whatever device is responsible for putting an order in front of your team — a laptop, a mini-PC, a tablet, a screen. Register it once and the system knows which machine owns the paper, so two devices can never quietly print the same ticket twice.

COMPATIBILITY
Receipt printers, label printers and the ordinary one you already own — with an honest line on each about whether we've run that exact model or only implemented its protocol.

NOT YET
Designed, not shipped. No dates promised, and nothing here is clickable until it is real.
A printer that talks to us directly over the internet, so a venue needs no machine on site and nothing has to stay awake. The protocol work is underway.
Tell us you need this →The same idea over a phone hotspot, for trucks and market stands with power but no fixed network.
Tell us you need this →No. We do not sell hardware and take no commission on any of it. Every setup here names ordinary printers you can buy anywhere, and two of the four need nothing beyond what most counters already have.
Whichever matches what is already on your counter. A computer at the desk is the shortest route; a screen with no printer is the cheapest; the two-printer tablet counter is for venues that label individual items, like cup labels at a bubble tea shop.
Yes, and nothing is re-created when you do. The queue, menu and history stay put — you are only changing which device puts the order in front of your team.
Never. You charge the customer on your own card terminal or take cash exactly as you do today. Our screen only tells you which order is being paid for, and we add no fee per order.
Start free and add hardware whenever you're ready. No card required.
